If you are looking for a book to learn the material covered on part two,
this is not the book. But if you are willing to memorize every exam in this
book the week before you take it, this book will prove to be very helpful.
The questions were very similar and some were exactly word for word (on the
computer test version, I dont know about the paper test version). my
suggestion would be to study the way you normally would and the week before
memorize every test in this book especially the pharm, oral surgey, oral
medicine section. keep in my that you want to make sure you have the latest
ADA guidlines on premedication to make sure the info is updated. The book
may not get you the higest possible score but it may be the diffrence
between passing and failing.Basically if you are caught in a jam and did not
prepare and only have a week before the test this is the book.
A huge disappointment, is very outdated material., December 8, 1998

I just took part II today! Rudman's book is not "new" in any sense. I
wouldn't recommend this text to anyone, unless you plan to travel back to
1986 to take the test! --This text may refer to the 1994 edition |
